McKinney-Vento Subgrant Application – Open

The North Carolina Education for Homeless Children and Youth subgrant application will open in CCIP. The purpose of this funding is to facilitate the enrollment, attendance, and success in school of homeless children and youth. All correspondence related to the subgrant application process should be directed to Lisa Phillips, State Director for the Homeless & Foster Care Education Programs, by emailing her at lisa.phillips@dpi.nc.gov. The deadline for submission in CCIP is February 20, 2026, at 12:00 PM.
