The North Carolina Education for Homeless Children and Youth subgrant application is now open in CCIP. The deadline for submission in CCIP is February 6, 2023 at 12:00 PM.
Purpose of Funding:
To facilitate the enrollment, attendance, and success in school of homeless children and youth.
Eligible Applicants:
All North Carolina Public School Units (PSUs) with 50 or more students that were identified as homeless during the 2021-2022SY in PowerSchool may apply. PSUs with less than 50 reported homeless students may apply as a consortium. Review the application for the guidelines for applying in the CCIP resource folder.

The McKinney-Vento Subgrant Application, the required attachments to complete the application, and the appendices that should be utilized when applying for funding are located in the CCIP resource folder.
