DESCRIPTION:This school year\, the North Carolina Homeless Education Program (NCHEP) & the North Carolina Foster Care Education Program (NCFCEP) are partnering to host the New Homeless Liaison & Foster Care POC Training for North Carolina’s charter and lab schools. Homeless liaisons and/or foster care POCs with two years or less experience should attend this required training.
