DESCRIPTION:NCHEP will be hosting a virtual Learning Series for charter and lab school homeless liaisons to expand their knowledge on the McKinney-Vento Act\, as well as develop practices to best support the needs of their students experiencing homelessness. The Learning Series is optional for those who attended the Compliance Forums earlier this school year. All sessions will be held virtually from 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM. \n\n\n\nFebruary 15\, 2027 – Charter School Learning Series: McKinney-Vento 101 \n\n\n\nFebruary 16\, 2027 – Charter School Learning Series: Qualifying Homeless Living Situations \n\n\n\nFebruary 17\, 2027 – Charter School Learning Series: Homeless Liaison Roles & Responsibilities
